How can I return or exchange a purchased item?

If the T-shirt doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of purchase and you don’t need to tell us the reason for your decision. All items must have their original tags, to be unworn, unwashed, without smells and spots. First contact us. When we receive the returned products, you will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal.

If you like to exchange a tee, you just have to let us know which is the new T-shirt you’d like to receive. All shipping costs are covered by you.

Am I responsible for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns.

I received a defective product.

First contact us. Have a picture ready to send us showing the defective area. Espoca covers the shipping costs on exchange a defective item.
